Vi er placeret i hjertet af Amager, og kan i 2026 fejre hele 56 \u00e5rs f\u00f8dselsdag. Over 100 aktive medlemmer i alle aldre dyrker sin interesse hos os, og vi er i h\u00f8j grad en medlemsdreven forening. Vi spiller store klassikere og sm\u00e5 forestillinger. Vi interesserer os for alle dele af produktionen fra id\u00e9, teknik, kommunikation til den f\u00e6rdige forestilling. Og vi er en social forening, der \u00e5rligt tager p\u00e5 hyttetur, holder juleafslutning, laver udvalg, huser fredagscaf\u00e9er og meget mere. Teatret rummer alt fra pr\u00f8ve- og arbejdsrum, kostumeafdeling, m\u00f8delokaler, sminkegang, backstageomr\u00e5de, caf\u00e9 og bar. Og s\u00e5 selvf\u00f8lgelig vores scene p\u00e5 2. sal, hvor vi har plads til cirka 70 tilskuere. Med j\u00e6vne mellemrum har teatret spillet store udend\u00f8rsforestillinger enten i teatrets g\u00e5rd eller bag teatret, senest Br\u00f8drene L\u00f8vehjerte i 2014, Grease i 2021 og Charlie og Chokoladefabrikken i 2025. Gruppen havde g\u00e5et p\u00e5 et dramaaftenskolehold sammen og ville nu starte noget selv \u2013 det fik de mulighed for i den gamle tobaksfabrik p\u00e5 L\u00f8jteg\u00e5rdsvej 157. Huslejen var dog ganske pebret, og til sidst m\u00e5tte teatergruppen \u00e5rligt s\u00e6lge lotterilodder og fors\u00f8mme arbejde for at spille institutionsforestillinger i dagtimerne for at f\u00e5 \u00f8konomien til at l\u00f8be rundt. Det kunne ikke blive ved, s\u00e5 efter 22 \u00e5r og knap 100 forestillinger, m\u00e5tte man se sig om efter nye lokaler. I 1992 tr\u00e5dte T\u00e5rnby Kommune til ved at tildele os skolebygningen p\u00e5 Englandsvej 290. Over 100 aktive medlemmer i alle aldre dyrker sin interesse hos os, og vi er i h\u00f8j grad en medlemsdreven forening. Vi spiller store klassikere og sm\u00e5 forestillinger. Vi interesserer os for alle dele af produktionen fra id\u00e9, teknik, kommunikation til den f\u00e6rdige forestilling. Og vi er en social forening, der \u00e5rligt tager p\u00e5 hyttetur, holder juleafslutning, laver udvalg, huser fredagscaf\u00e9er og meget mere. Og s\u00e5 selvf\u00f8lgelig vores scene p\u00e5 2. sal, hvor vi har plads til cirka 70 tilskuere. Gruppen havde g\u00e5et p\u00e5 et dramaaftenskolehold sammen og ville nu starte noget selv \u2013 det fik de mulighed for i den gamle tobaksfabrik p\u00e5 L\u00f8jteg\u00e5rdsvej 157. Huslejen var dog ganske pebret, og til sidst m\u00e5tte teatergruppen \u00e5rligt s\u00e6lge lotterilodder og fors\u00f8mme arbejde for at spille institutionsforestillinger i dagtimerne for at f\u00e5 \u00f8konomien til at l\u00f8be rundt. Det kunne ikke blive ved, s\u00e5 efter 22 \u00e5r og knap 100 forestillinger, m\u00e5tte man se sig om efter nye lokaler. I 1992 tr\u00e5dte T\u00e5rnby Kommune til ved at tildele os skolebygningen p\u00e5 Englandsvej 290. Vi interesserer os for alle dele af produktionen fra id\u00e9, teknik, kommunikation til den f\u00e6rdige forestilling. Og vi er en social forening, der \u00e5rligt tager p\u00e5 hyttetur, holder juleafslutning, laver udvalg, huser fredagscaf\u00e9er og meget mere. Vi har desuden fire fuldt aktive undervisningshold for b\u00f8rn og unge under 18 \u00e5r, der ligeledes bringer liv og fine forestillinger til teatret.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-39\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vores teater ligger p\u00e5 Englandsvej 290, hvor ogs\u00e5 kommunens foreningsr\u00e5d og T\u00e5rnby Bladet har til huse. Teatret rummer alt fra pr\u00f8ve- og arbejdsrum, kostumeafdeling, m\u00f8delokaler, sminkegang, backstageomr\u00e5de, caf\u00e9 og bar. Og s\u00e5 selvf\u00f8lgelig vores scene p\u00e5 2. sal, hvor vi har plads til cirka 70 tilskuere. Med j\u00e6vne mellemrum har teatret spillet store udend\u00f8rsforestillinger enten i teatrets g\u00e5rd eller bag teatret, senest Br\u00f8drene L\u00f8vehjerte i 2014, Grease i 2021 og Charlie og Chokoladefabrikken i 2025. teaterentusiaster \u201cTeatergruppen Team, Kastrup\u201d. Gruppen havde g\u00e5et p\u00e5 et dramaaftenskolehold sammen og ville nu starte noget selv \u2013 det fik de mulighed for i den gamle tobaksfabrik p\u00e5 L\u00f8jteg\u00e5rdsvej 157. Huslejen var dog ganske pebret, og til sidst m\u00e5tte teatergruppen \u00e5rligt s\u00e6lge lotterilodder og fors\u00f8mme arbejde for at spille institutionsforestillinger i dagtimerne for at f\u00e5 \u00f8konomien til at l\u00f8be rundt. Det kunne ikke blive ved, s\u00e5 efter 22 \u00e5r og knap 100 forestillinger, m\u00e5tte man se sig om efter nye lokaler. I 1992 tr\u00e5dte T\u00e5rnby Kommune til ved at tildele os skolebygningen p\u00e5 Englandsvej 290.
